Welcome to BitStore. By accessing this website and using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

BitStore offers web development services specializing in e-commerce solutions with cryptocurrency payment integration. Services include but are not limited to:

• Crypto payment gateway integration
• WooCommerce setup and customization
• Custom React-based e-commerce solutions
• Website maintenance and support

2. Engagement Process

Submitting a contact form does not constitute a binding agreement. All projects will be discussed individually, and specific terms, pricing, and deliverables will be agreed upon before any work begins. A separate project agreement may be provided for each engagement.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided on a per-project basis after discussing your requirements. Payment terms, including any deposits and milestone payments, will be outlined in individual project agreements. I accept cryptocurrency payments as well as traditional payment methods.

4. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines will be provided for each project. Actual delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and scope changes. Delays caused by late client feedback or requirement changes are not the responsibility of BitStore.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary access credentials and assets
• Ensuring they have rights to any content provided
• Compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project. Third-party components, frameworks, and libraries remain subject to their respective licenses. I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cryptocurrency Disclaimer

I provide technical integration services for cryptocurrency payments. I am not a financial advisor and do not provide investment advice. Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with cryptocurrency regulations in their jurisdiction. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and payments are irreversible.

8. Limitation of Liability

BitStore provides services on an "as is" basis. I am not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Issues arising from third-party services or payment processors
• Security breaches beyond my reasonable control

My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, deposits for work already completed are non-refundable. Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed.

10. Confidentiality

I will treat all client information as confidential and will not share project details with third parties without consent, except as required by law or necessary for project completion.

11. Modifications

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
